Our diverse range of group therapy sessions and clubs are designed to support individuals of all ages and provide a warm, welcoming environment. Whether you're a child, teen, adult, or senior, we have a group that's perfect for you.

GROUPS FOR ALL AGES
Social Thinkers
This group targets problem-solving, social awareness, perspective-taking, and coping strategies. We use inclusive and culturally responsive social-emotional curricula to help participants navigate social situations and build stronger relationships.
Game Group
In Game Group, we use games to teach social skills! Participants practice negotiating, compromising, and handling winning and losing gracefully. It's a safe space to learn emotional regulation and build positive peer relationships.
DBT Skills Group
Our DBT group helps those who feel emotions intensely. Focusing on Mindfulness, Interpersonal Effectiveness, Emotion Regulation, and Distress Tolerance, participants learn to manage a range of mental health conditions in a supportive setting.
Dungeons & Dragons - Realm of Connections
Join us for exciting quests and adventures in this unique group! Through guided D&D sessions, participants develop teamwork, communication, and empathy, applying these skills both in-game and in real life.
GROUPS FOR EARLY CHILDHOOD
Play Date
Our Play Date group uses elements of play therapy and social-emotional learning to teach essential skills like sharing and turn-taking. Through fun games and interactive activities, children learn about emotions and how to manage them. It's all about growing social communication in a playful and supportive environment.
GROUPS FOR CHILDREN
Sparks on the Move (Therapeutic Movement Group)
This group uses play and fitness to teach self-regulation, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills. Activities simulate everyday life situations, helping participants generalize these skills beyond therapy.
Social Circles
Based on the Circles Forward curriculum, this group focuses on communication strategies and healthy peer relationships. Participants engage in guided conversations on topics like coping skills, identity, and school stress, promoting self-reflection and social support.
GROUPS FOR TWEENS & TEENS
GIRLS (Girls in Real Life Situations)
This empowering group provides a safe space for girls to share feelings and discuss important issues. Using the GIRLS © curriculum, participants develop self-awareness, coping strategies, and problem-solving skills, all while realizing they're not alone in their experiences.
Social Circles

Tween Esteem
This group helps tweens navigate the journey to teenagehood, focusing on friendships, self-regulation, and independence. We explore and practice problem-solving skills in a supportive environment.
Teen Esteem
Using evidence-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques, this group fosters self-esteem and social connections. Participants engage in activities that build a nurturing community, promoting a sense of belonging.
GROUPS FOR ADULTS & YOUNG ADULTS
Young Adult Group
Navigating adulthood can be challenging. This group offers a supportive space to discuss employment, social life, self-care, and relationships. Community outings and shared experiences provide practical support and guidance.
Adult Wellness Group
Our holistic wellness group covers physical, mental, social, and other aspects of health. We provide a space to explore and grow, aiming for balance and fulfillment in all areas of life.
Older Adult Group (55+)
This group supports older adults through life's transitions, offering a compassionate space to share and connect. Topics include grief and loss, providing a supportive community during these changes.
GROUPS FOR PARENTS & CAREGIVERS
Parent Group (Caregiver Connection)
This group offers a supportive environment for parents to share experiences and learn effective strategies. Topics include managing stress, communication, and fostering positive relationships with children. It's a space for building confidence and connecting with others.
Circle of Security Parenting Program™
This program helps parents understand their child's needs and behaviors, fostering secure parent-child relationships. It's a roadmap to greater happiness, better sibling relationships, and kindness.
Not all groups are available at both Social Sparks locations. Additional specialized and themed groups also run depending on the session and availability and may not be listed here.
“This place has done nothing but good for my children! I have an 11-year-old and a 7-year-old. One goes to Flex Academy Therapy Group and one to Social Magic. It's not just for kids with social-related issues, kids with various anxiety, depression, and other disorders come here, too!
